Domenico Cipolla 

Professional experience 

Domenico's career has taken him through major stations in e-commerce and tech. As CEO at Home24, he carried significant responsibility for the company's international growth and gained deep experience structuring complex processes and scaling a digital business model efficiently.

Later, as Managing Director at YFood, he was part of the rapid rise of a FoodTech startup and got a close look at the specific challenges young, fast-growing brands face.

He was also active as a Partner at Freigeist Capital, helping founders turn their ideas into viable businesses. That mix of operational leadership and strategic perspective makes him an expert at steering companies through phases of dynamic growth.

Education 

Domenico studied business administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, graduating with distinction. International experience in Canada and France, among other places, broadened his view of global markets and corporate strategy. His academic foundation underpins his deep knowledge of finance, controlling, and corporate leadership, skills he brings directly into his work today.

Role at Xentral 

As Co-CEO of Xentral, Domenico brings his broad experience in structure, efficiency, and growth to the table. His goal is to position the company not just for fast scaling but for lasting operational success. He's a strong believer that technology should genuinely take work off customers' plates, create transparency, and simplify processes. His experience helps him spot what businesses need early and translate that into concrete solutions.

Personal life 

Outside of work, Domenico has stayed grounded. As the son of Italian immigrants growing up in Germany, he knows the value of hard work and pragmatic solutions. Beyond his role, he's drawn to innovations that make life easier and enjoys sharing what he's learned in conversations and mentoring, supporting other entrepreneurs on their journey.
