Variant management is one of Xentral's core strengths. You set up a master article (for example, a screw) and add variants by dimension, material, head type, coating and pack size. Each variant has its own SKU, price and stock.

Cross-sell bundles and assortments can be put together freely, for example a screw assortment with 5 sizes plus matching fasteners. Bills of materials for tool cases or project sets are also represented directly in the system.

Yes. Trade customers like tradespeople, site managers or key accounts get their own price lists, payment terms, credit limits and consolidated invoices, stored directly in the system. End customers buy in parallel at standard B2C prices through your shop or the marketplaces.

Both order types run through the same stock and the same order processing, without your team having to switch between systems manually. Framework agreements and project-specific terms for recurring trade customers can also be stored directly in the customer profile.

Xentral picks the right shipping method automatically, based on weight, dimensions, delivery address and carrier. Small items like screws or hand tools go via DHL or DPD. Oversized goods like plywood, ladders or bagged goods go via freight forwarder with notification service or curbside delivery.

Freight forwarders like Schenker, Dachser or DSV can be connected directly. Shipping labels, notifications and tracking numbers are generated automatically and sent back to your shop and marketplace.

Yes. You can run multiple stores, warehouse locations and online shops in parallel, keeping them in sync in real time. Customers order online, pick up in store or have items transferred between locations, all automatically managed through your central stock.

If an item is out of stock in store A, the system can fulfill it from store B or the central warehouse. Click & Reserve (reservation without immediate payment) is also available as standard.
