By installing and using Xentral Flows, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Responsibility for individual processes: All workflows created with Xentral Flows or taken from the flow library represent customer-specific adaptations outside the standard scope of services defined by Xrentral and are therefore the responsibility of the respective customer.
• Partner implementations: If a flow has been created or modified by a certified Xentral partner, the respective partner is responsible for this flow.
• Support & consulting: Individual flows cannot be supported via regular Xentral support. If assistance is required with creation, customisation or troubleshooting, paid consulting services can be obtained from the Xentral Solution Engineering Team.
• Access requirements: Creating and customising flows requires access to the Xentral Connect interface. This access depends on the plan booked and requires prior certification of the user.
• Liability & system effects: Xentral accepts no responsibility for the functioning of individual flows or their effects on the overall system. This applies in particular to possible performance losses that may arise from resource-intensive processes.
• API usage & cost information: Many flows require the use of the Xentral API. Please note that above-average API usage may incur additional costs in the future.
• Ensuring system stability: Xentral reserves the right to deactivate flows that jeopardise the stability of the overall system or cause problems in other areas of the software without prior notice.

Yes, fully automatically.

At the moment, all Flows are provided directly by us and are therefore free to use. In the future, there will also be Flows built by external developers, which may be available for a fee.

Yes. The API that Xentral Flows use to communicate with your Xentral instance is versioned, ensuring your Flows remain stable and reliable after updates.

Yes. Custom fields can also be used and integrated within Flows.

Access to the upcoming Flows Editor does not depend on your Xentral software package (Starter, Business, or Pro), but on the service package you have booked. Starting with the Premium (Success) S package, and for all certified Xentral partners, the editor will be included automatically.

Important: Even partners can only implement custom workflows for customers with Premium (Success) S or higher. The predefined workflows provided by Xentral are available to all customers without restriction.

No. The predefined workflows provided by Xentral are available to all customers without restrictions and can be activated without partner support. Custom Flows depend on access to the Workflow Editor, which will be available to customers starting with the Premium (Success) S package.

After completing the required certification, customers can also use the Workflow Editor independently without the need for a partner.

Yes. Anything that the Xentral API supports can also be automated using Flows.

Everything that can be controlled via the Xentral API and those exact functions are available in the Flow Editor. In short: if it’s possible via the API, you can automate it in the editor.
