Xentral compared to other ERPs

Your On-Premise system feels inexpensive because ongoing costs like hardware, maintenance, and access are spread over years. However, the expensive part comes at upgrade time: customizations have to be migrated, often at €50,000 to €200,000 per upgrade, with project durations of up to six months. A switch to Cloud, when done well, usually pays back within 12 to 18 months through lower IT costs and more productive processes.

Our experienced team has already mastered moves to Xentral for various customers in different industries. The effort required always depends on the complexity of your current setup, so unfortunately, we can't give an exact timeframe here.

However, without special cases, the simple migration of data from external systems to Xentral usually keeps the migration within a few weeks.

We will guide you through the entire process. All you need to do is tell us your previous ERP system. In most cases, we have already migrated from this system to Xentral before. If not, we will take on any new challenge for you.

Every business is unique and brings its own challenges. However, there are patterns: Xentral is ideal for startups and smaller businesses that operate in e-commerce. However, that doesn't preclude larger companies with POS from using Xentral, as some of our customers do.

Rollout usually takes just a few months, since the system is intuitive to use and many integrations are already pre-configured.

Implementation costs typically run €10,000–20,000, with no hidden fees. The focus is on relevant data – legacy systems are cleaned up selectively rather than migrated wholesale.
