You can test Xentral Launch free of charge for 30 days - in a real instance without sample data. Simply register and get started right away.

If you qualify for Light Onboarding during the trial period and enter your payment information in your account, your contract for the Launch Package will be concluded.

If you do not enter any payment information, your trial account will be automatically deactivated after 30 days, and all data contained therein will be deleted. There will be no automatic renewal or debit during the trial period.

The Launch package is designed specifically for startups with smaller order volumes and offers an affordable entry point. It includes all core features but is limited to 1,200 orders and €500,000 in annual revenue

No problem. You will automatically be upgraded to the appropriate package as soon as you exceed the limits. You will continue to use Xentral.

All basic ERP functions:

• Connection to 1 shop + 1 marketplace (e.g., Shopify & Amazon)
• Warehouse management & shipping service providers
• Customer database, email communication
• Invoices, credit notes, DATEV export
• Product catalog, standard reports, time tracking

The minimum contract term is 24 months – reliable for planning and fair to calculate.

Monthly base fee of €99 + €0.30 per order – up to the maximum volume.

Yes, the launch package includes up to 500 SKUs and 2 sales channels.

Yes, onboarding is mandatory. An experienced Xentral partner will guide you through a structured standard process (without customization) to ensure that your system is set up correctly from the start. This ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Anytime. As your business grows, Xentral grows with it – without system crashes or data loss.

You will receive access to the Xentral Community and can use the Helpbot and our Help Center. Personal support is not included in the launch package, but you can purchase a support ticket for €99 upon request. This will be handled directly by the internal Xentral support team.

For individual consulting or project support, we are happy to refer you to certified Xentral partners (for an additional fee).
