The ERP package for companies with unique requirements 

Xentral Scale is aimed at companies whose operational or technical requirements exceed the standard configuration of the Pro package. This applies, for example, to businesses with very high order volumes, in-house development teams, complex automation needs, or a requirement for individually negotiated Service Levels.

The scope of service is based on the Pro package and extends it to include all Xentral Add-ons (POS, Production, Amazon Seller App, margin taxation), access to the Connect Backend, expanded API limits, Enterprise Performance Monitoring, Custom Uptime SLA, static IP address, and a dedicated instance URL. Services such as individual SLAs, liability limits, and contract terms are agreed upon individually and documented in the proposal.

There is no fixed price. Terms are agreed upon individually based on your specific requirements, including duration, service levels, and scope. Our sales team will provide you with a tailored quote.

The Pro package covers scaling companies with complex workflows. Xentral Scale goes a step further: it offers developer access for custom automations, all add-ons at no extra charge, individual infrastructure settings, and completely flexible contract structuring. If you can work within the standard limits of the Pro package, you don’t need Xentral Scale.
