The Xentral Academy is your digital learning portal for Xentral ERP – with almost 200 videos, practical training courses, and certified learning paths. Here you will learn step by step how to set up Xentral, use it optimally, and get your team up to speed – independently, flexibly, and regardless of location.

The Academy offers three main types of courses:

• Onboarding training – around 70 videos for a successful start

• User training – over 60 videos to make your team confident in everyday use

• Deep dive training – more than 30 lessons on process optimization and automation

At the end, you can obtain official Xentral certificates – as visible proof of competence for you and your team.

The Xentral Community is your place for exchange, knowledge, and networking—directly with other users, partners, and the Xentral team. Here you can ask questions, share experiences, discuss solutions, or discover best practices from real-world applications.

You also get access to product updates, roadmap insights, and news from the Xentral world. This way, you always stay up to date – and are part of a dedicated community that actively shapes Xentral.

The Xentral Helpbot is your smart assistant on our website. It helps you find quick, context-based answers to your questions - no ticket, no waiting. The Helpbot automatically searches the entire help documentation and provides you with relevant articles and instructions - like a digital colleague in support.

Note: The Helpbot is currently still in the testing phase. Some answers may therefore still be improved.

The Xentral Help Center is your central knowledge platform and support area—with a large collection of guides, tutorials, and help articles about Xentral.

Here you will find:

• Step-by-step instructions from setup to complex processes

• Technical documentation on API, integrations, and automations

• Practical tutorials on topics such as warehousing, logistics, accounting, and production

Whether you are a beginner or a power user, the Help Center provides you with reliable knowledge that is available at any time.

The Xentral Ticket Support is your direct line to the support team if you have an individual request or a problem with your instance.

You can create a ticket using the form in the Help Center:

• Select the appropriate area (e.g., warehouse, orders, accounting)

• Describe your issue as precisely as possible

• Add files, document or item numbers if necessary

If your system is unusable, you can also activate the “I have an emergency!” field – this will ensure that your ticket is processed as a priority.
