Xentral's pricing is based on a fair, scalable model:

• Starting prices including service package: All packages include unlimited users, access to support, Academy, and Help Center (Launch package has different parameters)
• Individual pricing: The specific price depends on:

  • the desired scope of services (e.g., additional modules such as production or reporting)

  • and the business model (e.g., B2B vs. D2C share, fulfillment complexity)

One consultation call is all it takes to provide you with a customized quote, based on your order volumes, process requirements, and roadmap.

No. Xentral is committed to full price transparency. There are no hidden user costs or feature limits. You get a complete package that fits your business.

Our experienced team has already mastered moves to Xentral for various customers in different industries. The effort required always depends on the complexity of your current setup, so unfortunately, we can't give an exact timeframe here.

However, without special cases, the simple migration of data from external systems to Xentral usually keeps the migration within a few weeks.

We will guide you through the entire process. All you need to do is tell us your previous ERP system. In most cases, we have already migrated from this system to Xentral before. If not, we will take on any new challenge for you.

You get a structured project plan, access to the Academy, and targeted expert sessions on the topics where you're stuck. You set the pace and the order.

You do. Assisted Onboarding is built so your team handles the setup and we jump in at the right moments. The payoff shows up after go-live: you know your system inside out and don't have to call anyone every time you want to change something.

Then a certified Xentral partner takes over and builds an onboarding package that fits your workflows. This is worth it if your processes differ from the standard or if you'd rather hand the project off entirely.

If you want to expand your system landscape while using Xentral, you can connect additional systems at any time. Your data is stored in the AWS Cloud in Frankfurt. The ISO270-18 standard is adhered to.

You get dashboards and the key metrics at no extra cost. If you need more data queries or finer-grained filters, you can add an upgrade.

Yes. Xentral comes with a built-in POS interface that lets you handle cash sales directly. In-store sales then run in the same system as your online business.

Yes, through the Amazon Seller App. You run your Amazon business straight out of Xentral and can also see which items are stored at Amazon.

Three ways, depending on how specific your question is.

1. Helpbot: for the quick answer

The Xentral Helpbot searches the entire help documentation and shows you the right articles. No ticket, no waiting. The Helpbot is still in beta, so individual answers aren't always perfect yet.

2. Help Center: when you want to look things up yourself

In the Xentral Help Center you'll find:

- Step-by-step guides, from setup to complex processes
- Technical documentation on API, integrations, and automations
- Tutorials on warehousing, logistics, accounting, and production

3. Ticket support: when it's about your instance

For a problem that only affects your system, open a ticket:

- Pick a category (e.g. warehouse, orders, accounting)
- Describe your issue
- Attach files, document numbers, or item numbers

The more specific the description, the faster the answer.

When nothing works at all: check the "I have an emergency!" box in your ticket. Your request will then be prioritized.

The service packages add Priority Support, weekend emergency support, and keynote webinars with our product experts.

The Agent Hub is the area in Xentral from which the AI agents operate. They

• answer product questions,
• process returns and complaints,
• identify orders and create them,
• provide information on delivery status,
• process payment notices, and post payables.

You can view every transaction and approve it. The Hub is visible in every Xentral instance.

You build your own agents in the Hub via chat. You describe what you want the agent to do and test it against real-world scenarios before it goes live. It draws on the data from your Xentral and handles written communication.

The limitations: An agent uses the tools from the catalog. The catalog is constantly growing, but if something isn’t in it, the agent can’t do it. And the agent is controlled within the Hub, not via external AI tools.

Not until December 31, 2026. Starting in January 2027, we’ll bill you based on usage in credits: Your service package includes a monthly allowance, and you can purchase additional credits in packages starting at €50. There is no mandatory subscription for AI. Details on usage-based billing

The Xentral Academy is your digital learning portal for Xentral ERP – with almost 200 videos, practical training courses, and certified learning paths. Here you will learn step by step how to set up Xentral, use it optimally, and get your team up to speed – independently, flexibly, and regardless of location.

The Academy offers three main types of courses:

• Onboarding training – around 70 videos for a successful start

• User training – over 60 videos to make your team confident in everyday use

• Deep dive training – more than 30 lessons on process optimization and automation

At the end, you can obtain official Xentral certificates – as visible proof of competence for you and your team.

*The academy is unfortunately only available in German at the moment.

Depending on your service package, you can reach our emergency support on weekdays or on weekends too. On request, your account can be moved to a delayed release group, which means it gets updates later.

In the larger service packages, yes. These include a monthly check-in, dedicated support for API topics, and the option to run joint marketing with us.

Yes. You use the Xentral MCP server to connect your instance and query your data.

The difference from the Agent Hub: Your AI reads data via the MCP server. To write anything in Xentral, you need the Hub.
